What happens next.
- 1
Ian reads it
Your four answers and your number land with him, not in a queue.
- 2
He comes back to you
A call or a message about the job, and anything else he needs to know.
- 3
You get a price
A price for your building. Say yes and the day is agreed.
And the questions people ask before they send it.
What happens after I send the form?
Your answers go to Ian. He rings or messages you back about the job, asks anything he still needs to know, and gives you a price.
Can I send photos of the building?
Yes, and it helps. Send them on WhatsApp to 07984 373407. A photo of each side that needs scaffolding, taken from far enough back to see the whole wall, is ideal.
Do I need to be in when Ian comes to look?
Not always. If he can see the building from outside, he can often price it without you there. Say in your message if access is through the house or a locked gate.
